They are pure nitrile so are impervious to probably every type of solvent / chemical. They are NOT heavy duty gardening gloves and don't have high resistance to tears and puncturing. They occupy a unique niche in the market place and are perfect for this particular niche. They are not clingy (like latex) so are easy to remove. They are ideal for tasks where touch sensitivity and /or chemical resistance is required. I think they make great general household gloves (due to ease of deployment / removal).
