Fantastic results for me! - Ok, I've done a lot of research on the different versions of thyroid (Herbal thyroid vs Thyroid Maintenance)-- including speaking to several experts. HERBAL thyroid is to get your thryoid jump started. You are only supposed to take that for 1-2 months or occasionally as a boost. I took herbal thyroid for 40 days before going to THyroid MAINTENANCE. Another thing, not mentioned on the bottle or on this site-- you need to take them WITHOUT FOOD. At least 45 minutes before or after food for best results. Taking with a full glass of water has made a difference for me also. (my experience at least) I love these. I've tried 4 different brands and always come back to Dr Christopher's. I never have bad reactions to his products and the results are REAL for me. Now-- I do not take these alone. I do THyroid maintenance (empty stomach) 2 pills, 3x day Vitamin D, Selenium, benfomax, a quality B vitamin, b 12, Ashwagandha and for my hormones (45 year old female) I take 1 maca pill every day. All together this regime has given me a new life. I'm on my 4th+ month of this and am a different person. Every day I start to feel more human and less miserable. **Q: Does anyone know what the difference is between this thyroid maintenance formula and the herbal thyroid formula from Dr. Christopher?**
A: I found the difference as follows: Herbal Thyroid Formula is for low functioning thyroid and is designed to temporarily nourish thyroid gland until energy is back to normal - should not be taken late in the day.  Thyroid maintenance aids the thyroid and glands. It also helps control metabolism.

**Q: What are the names of the thyroid maintenance drugs**
A: I am not aware of this.

**Q: Does this contain Soy? I'm leery of anything that won't say what plant their plant derived capsules are made from.**
A: Soy is not mentioned on the ingredients list.  Plus soy works negatively in ones thyroid so I can't believe it would contain soy.
They do say that the capsules are plant derived but doesn't mention soy.  I am pretty sure they wouldn't put soy in the capsules.

**Q: How much iodine is in each capsule?**
A: There is organic kelp in this product and not iodine.  They didn't mention the amount or kelp
