Large Double Sided 10X/1X Makeup Mirror, 15" x 8" (Chrome)

I needed a good mirror. About a year ago I thought that I would be frugal and bought one for under $10. I realized that I should have made a more thoughtful purchase after a few uses. Please listen. This Mirrorvana mirror that you are thinking about buying? It is going to be one of your best purchases this year. The mirror is a great size and of course when you look at it the reflection will be fabulous in either 10x or 1x. My favorite part is that the base is substantial in weight. It isn't going to easily fall over or move around. This mirror is very high quality and I am so happy that I decided to purchase it. This buy is a good decision!

Very nice looking sturdy mirror, easy to use. I like that a regular mirror is on one side and magnifying mirror is on the other so it works two ways.

The stem is about an inch too tall for my liking. But I am short so the fact that the mirror portion tilts makes it workable.

It is perfect in every way. Exceeded my expectations, actually. But when I put in my search criteria, one of the must haves was that the mirror had to be lighted. I don't see the point of a magnified makeup mirror that has no light. I love the magnification. Maybe love is too strong a word because I'm seeing things that might best be left unseen. I've been walking around thinking I look cute, meanwhile I now realize I've had peach fuzz on my cheeks, a gray hair on my eyebrow and patches of dry skin. I might as well be a gremlin. This mirror actually makes my bathroom counter look high end, so as I said, I wish I didn't have to return it, but I'm not going to keep this mirror and still have to spend more on another mirror just to get what I actually asked Amazon to find me. I can see why it would make a great gift as it looks more expensive than it costs.They'll think you spent more than you actually did. And the gift box clinches it. The packaging is chef's kiss. Also, I don't see it breaking any time soon, the stand is sturdy, heavy-ish and a perfect height. There is no battery life because there are no batteries needed. I don't blame the seller. This is fully on Amazon and their defective AI search/recommendation system. Again, I HGIHLY recommend it. But only if you're okay with a non-lighted makeup mirror.

Love this makeup mirror! The packaging is amazing as it is compact and well designed to cradle the item without waste. I love the way it looks in my room. The style is sleek, sturdy and classy. 10X is plenty of magnification for me! No light is not an issue as I have abundant natural light. Definitely recommend.

It's definitely well made! I should have just gotten this instead of buying a cheaper one in the stores initially and realised cheap ones make one look weird. This one is SUPERB and is such good value for money. I love it and I am thinking of getting another for my daughter!

Good Quality

There are so many mirror products out there, but I'm glad I didn't have to sample a lot to be satisfied with one. This is my first pick and I'm happy with it, did spend some time browsing online. It has the right size, shape, and weight for me. Seems well made, durable, shiny finish with nice packaging. I'm a man and I use this occasionally just find some spots on my face, pluck some facial hair. Once I'm done, I put it back into the packaging it came with. It's nicely packaged, with styrofoam mold template and cover, inside the white box, which in turn fits into a brown box. There was a thank you letter from the founder David Hu. I want this to last a long time so I put it back to the packaging once I'm done, to avoid any accidental scratch, and damage, or accumulate dust. I don't put on the base stand because I just hold the mirror with my hand, and putting the base makes it heavier. But the base stand comes with the mirror in case you need it. Both the 1x and 10x mirrors back-to-back work well, and it's clear (after I cleaned the thin layer of adhesive) The only think that may need improvement is perhaps removing the sticker on the mirror, or a sticker with less adhesive because when I remove it, it leaves behind a thin layer of adhesive/stickiness, making the mirror less clear with the sticky marks. I had to buy a Goo Gone adhesive remover to remove the adhesive. Once removed it was crystal clear. I wouldn't not deduct 1 star because of that, but just want others be aware they may also experience this issue with the sticker leaving adhesive/sticky substance on the mirror. Personally I wouldn't bring this on a trip or when traveling as it's bulky to bring and adds to the weight, or it may get damaged during travel. I rather just use this in the comfort of my home. Overall I'm satisfied with this mirror. Even men have to take care of their face, grooming, looking at the a handy mirror sometimes. Thanks David Hu and Mirrorvana for this fantastic product.

My wife is so happy with this mirror. She already had a 3x magnification mirror and was struggling to see clearly to put her make up on. Since she has had this 10x mirror she can now see so much better to put her make up on. Some good thought went into design and building of this mirror and it is priced just right. This size is fine for the bathroom but she said it may be a little too big for when we go travelling so I will get a smaller one for her to travel with. Highly recommend.
