The main thing with the steamers is that I'm a guy and I need to plug it in and get to work pronto so I can get out the door in the mornings and this steamer compared to my last steamer heats up in half the time without spitting The water out of the steamer like the cheap units always tend to do. This actually has more of a cloud or blanket the steam the way it was meant the function and works really well with that compared to cheap units. The design of the unit is also very nice.
