It tested very good for granite (including the exotic granites), and it works on limestone, sandstone, terrazzo, concrete agglomerate, and even engineered stone. The product must be evenly applied on dry and clean materials. The presence of water, dust or dirty matter may influence the result regarding the uniformity of the surface. We suggest to spread the product using a brush, sponge, cloth or with a spray gun. Use the right quantity that the material naturally can absorb. Then, after few seconds, clean (buff) the surfaces with a clean cloth. The excess may create a superficial sticky film, so the excess must be removed immediately after the application. We suggest to repeat this treatment after 10-15 minutes from the first application. The effect of anti-stain will be achieved after 24 hours from the treatment. I take good care of my granite bc it’s so expensive and just to stay on top of that I decided I would reseal them again, not necessarily bc they needed it but just to be proactive and protect them. Proseal is easy to apply with a rag although the vapor is very strong. Make sure to clean your granite first with rubbing alcohol and let dry. I would also recommend a fan nearby and open those windows to help ventilate. There is plenty solution left over to reapply for the next 2 years. It was easy to use. The viscosity is much like water and it doesn't take much product to get good coverage over the marble surface. I used microfiber cloths to spread it on and another clean one to wipe it off and leave the marble shiny and smooth. I left the marble dry overnight and have been well pleased with the results. As I am not usually much for such DIY projects, I'm glad I took the time to clean and seal the marble in accord with several sets of directions I read and watched on U-Tube. I was careful and deliberate and the project turned out very well.
