My son really enjoys his Snap Circuits sets. Unlike some STEM kits he returns to the kit over and over as there are many items to build and the builds are interesting enough that he wants to build them repeatedly. The kit comes with a book that describes different ways to configure the set so there is always something new to try. Good quality and if you do break a piece individual replacement parts are available from the manufacturer at a reasonable price.

My 7 year old grandson said he wants to be a "Ninjaneer" (no typo) when he grows up, so I got him this kit as a basic intro to electronics. He loved it and was able to make some fun projects. I believe others have said the instructions are difficult, and I can attend to that. The instructions are very busy, with lots of information on each page, but if you just look at the image of the project and copy it it's not that bad. I was a real hero for getting him this, which is always a win.

Perfect gift for my 11 year old who loves to build. He wanted something stem related that he could do independently at his desk. He has had a lot of fun doing the numerous projects in the included packet. The arcade theme was unique and added another fun element. Everything was well made, and even when one piece broke the company was quick to send a replacement part, no questions asked. I've been really happy with this and will look into more snap circuits in the future!

Perfect for curious 8 year old. This is so cool. He followed the circuits and really learned about electronics. I am totally impressed.

A bit confusing at first. We haven’t been able to do any game. It would be helpful to have more details on the “games” because they don’t make sense at all. We had fun building it though.

Fun for kids: I bought this for a birthday present for one of my kids and both of them enjoy it! The “programmable light fan” where you can put in your own message is super cool. Great fun and educational set, especially over summer break.

Good gift for those children who need a challenge. My neighbor’s son will spend hours building.

Bought this for our grandson’s 7th birthday. He has other snap circuit sets, so the concept isn’t new to him. Still, he was immediately able to LOOK at the diagrams on the instructions (without needing to read them), and complete the first model of the entire arcade on his own. Something didn’t work right at first, and he went back and did his own troubleshooting til he fixed it! I will say that he has always been very interested in how things work, loves building with legos etc, so it was a perfect gift for him. Many other projects are possible with this set, so I think it’s a great value.

This is our second snap circuit set. I bought it as a surprise for the children as mcc to my surprise they worked very swiftly through the first, much bigger set. They got very excited by this set as it includes far more intricate elements and electric functionalities. The children, aged 6 and 9, couldn’t wait and have already progressed much with this set. I’m even more surprised by the enthusiasm the youngest one displays. They like to work through the Snap Circuit booklet together. But he typically can’t wait for his older sister to join/help and just starts and completes most these projects himself - there might be some genetic stuff at work here as there are family members that are highly skilled with electronics. It just amazes me because as I’m an electronic ignoramus, I can barely replace batteries or change a light bulb. These sets are simply marvellous in my view and give children a very good understanding of electronics. Each set offers an enormous range of possibilities and the broader Snap-circuit line makes them versatile and modular. The set comes very well presented in a box that is great for overly storage. And the whole makes a perfect educational gift. The set comes with a range of colourful elements that exhibit different functions. The box includes clear, straightforward coloured instructions. Younger children from the age of 5 should be able to complete the easiest tasks. So far the durability and quality of these sets his very good. Haven’t encountered any broken electronics parts. It’s great that this sets manages to engage children for several hours with a challenging, highly educational activity and of the iPad or Playstation for a while. Our purchase is very timely as well as it turns our youngest just learned about some basic electronics at school. This set will let them experiment for years. As such these sets are very good value for money.

The Elenco Snap Circuits Arcade Electronics Discovery Kit exceeded our expectations. Our 8 year old loves it, and spends as much time as he can building new circuits, programming it, and impressing his friends with the light shows he can do. We have also purchased the Elenco Snap Circuits set with 300 projects - also excellent! These sets are high quality - well built, the pieces are durable and can be used in multiple ways, the instructions are easy to follow, and the projects are fun, creative, and great learning tools. We have recommended the sets to friends, and none have been disappointed. A full 5 stars!

Es un producto de muy buena calidad. Aunque las instrucciones vienen en inglés, es muy básico y el armado es muy intuitivo con las ilustraciones. Lo volvería a comprar sin dudarlo.
