I might be one of a few, but I found out that I have to take these with a meal, otherwise I was get severe stomach aches.

This product is a game changer! It noticeably improves my parents. It gives me energy and helps me to sleep better at night. I will continuously order this over and over again what an amazing miracle!

With the excellent results I've had w Dr. Berg's supplements, I've gotten this supplement bc I'm likely to be short on some nutrients that are easy to overlook and this item is very practical bc he's thinking of basics that the layperson doesn't grasp.

Have been on the product for about 2-3 weeks now because I am concerned about symptoms consistent with enlarged prostate. Recently I had a wonderful experience which had been eluding me for years and I truly enjoyed savouring it again. Not sure if this was a placebo effect or something else that I've gotten it right hence am keeping my fingers crossed to see if the improvement can be substantiated through continued use of the product and proven to be sustainable long term without any adverse side effects.
