machine is giving out burning smell, seller not contactable
after just 10 days the machine started giving out a burning smell. amazon and seller have been most unhelpful. I now have this expensive machine in its box and don't know what to do

Malfunction
Nespresso is my favourite coffee. Have been using the machine for 7 + years. Recently bought a new machine. There are two buttons, one for single shot espresso and another for double. But it works opposite. And the volume of coffee is too low. Didn't expect this from Nespresso.

Does not work in Indian Electricity conditions even with step down converter the seller should provide the compatible convertor with the product
