has anyone used these for jello shots?

Dude!! I haven’t but thanks for the idea. (Though, I must say, these will be the smallest Jell-O shots in history.)

Are they easy to remove from the bags?

The ice is not easy to remove from these bags. I have experience with this method where the ice is so easy to extract. You just peel the two sides of the bag apart easy, easy. These bags are not like those bags at all. I'll not buy these again.

How do you remove the ice cubes?

I remove the ice cubes by pressing them through the plastic bag. It works for me.
