I had Adam Audio A7x's and an Adam Audio Sub 10 MK2 before these; I still have one A7x. I compared the Presonus Eris with the A7x and I can't hear a difference. Maybe I'm just not experienced enough, but they both sound amazing. I sat my girlfriend down with her eyes closed and switched between the A7x and the E7 XT and she said E7 XT sounds better even though she though it was the A7x that was playing. Very interesting. The Eris Sub 10 is awesome too. A lot of punch and I love the foot switch to bypass the sub, aka turn the sub off only having the studio monitors playing. These studio monitors and the Sub 10 are the best bang for your buck.
