Instead of writing my thoughts down on random pieces of paper, I now have this gorgeous bound booklet that includes daily affirmations, intentions, and end of the day reflections on each page. I appreciate how each month has a new theme or card ( I highly recommend purchasing the Yogi deck to get the most out of it!) to meditate on and how she breaks down ayurvedic practices, how moon cycles affect the woman's monthly flow, and the difference between Vedic and western astrology...It all ties together so beautifully!
