Awesome ‘ladder potty’ on kid #2! Amazing customer service!!
I just wrote this huge review and somehow, my phone lost it🤦♀️. We’re on kid #2 with this potty that we bought back in 2021. We started both of them on the plain white Summer potty that looks like a min toilet. My 7 year old wanted nothing to do with that one. I tried letting him decorate it…I even went against my beliefs and let my husband bring it into the living room (yuck lol.) believe, for kids, the whole climbing aspect is appealing, maybe with a little of being able to use the ‘big potty.’ With my daughter, she used the Summer potty quite a bit so now, I am finding new appreciation for this thing in the whole not having to dump the little potty bowl after every use! Wish I’d have unearthed it sooner from the spare bedroom where I’d stored it. Girls truly are easier, I’ve found out for myself but, for whatever reason, my 3 year old daughter, who started doing really well right away, had a regression. As soon as I told her about a ladder potty she cld use to sit on the big potty with, she was excited lol. When I got it out, before I could even get it put together, she had me put the seat part on, pick her up, put her on it and…viola! Mommy’s once gain singing the pee pee/ poopy in the potty song lol! Woohoo! My only problem now is that apparently upon storing the potty after my son no longer needed it, for some reason, I didn’t store the screws with it🤦♀️. Idk if maybe I had planned on giving them an extra soak before storing or what, who knows but, I'll be contacting the seller to inquire on extras. Of course it does come with a couple of extras, just not a whole extra set. If not, I will be finding something to rig it up with lol. Even tho it felt a little wobbly at times, my son never fell on it or off of it. We just stood it up folded against the wall next to the toilet! **update** So, I contacted the seller and, they were extremely helpful and asked for my address to send more screws!! Also, in my original review, I did forget to mention that with the first kid, we had an elongated, high up off the floor toilet. We did have to recently replace our toilet with a more traditional lower, rounded style. This thing fit the old one perfectly and will do just fine on the new one. Happy customer😊

Tale of two potties - NO COMPARISON!!
Two year old granddaughter lost interest in potty training 100% on the little white toilet-shaped potty in the picture. After reading lots of reviews, I purchased the pink Fedicelly "ladder" potty for the toilet in December, and waited for someone else (Mom or Dad maybe?) to put it together. Finally, after one more accident and gentle clean-up, I suggested to my 30-month old granddaughter that Grandma could use her help putting her new pink potty together. I showed her the picture and told her we needed to follow the directions. She was thrilled to help by finding the pieces to find the pieces as I needed them. We got it assembled in about 35 minutes. She helped me carry it into the powder room and I adjusted it on the "big" toilet. She immediately pulled down her pants, climbed up the ladder with no problem, and successfully and joyfully did her business. Great success potty training from that moment forward. A month later I bought a second Fedicelly ladder potty for her bathroom upstairs, and a few weeks later I purchased a third one (identical) for her other grandparents' house. 1. I had no problems with assembly or missing parts. 2. The slight "instability" mentioned in a couple reviews I found to be more of a very slight wiggle when the Fedicelly potty is placed on the toilet before the child climbs on it. It has not been a problem on any of the three that I purchased and assembled. 3. The most important point is that my granddaughter has continued to progress to independence in her potty training. She loves this potty, and her self-confidence and happiness at her success has grown exponentially. 4. It is much more sanitary to flush directly and not have to dump (spill) or argue over who is going to dump the container from the little white potty into the toilet. This has been a huge success for our family.

Middle Quality, Decent Price, Easy Assembly
The directions for putting the potty chair together were fairly simple to follow. However, once you tighten the screws together they do not come back apart, so make sure you have the right height for the adjustable part at the bottom of legs. It's a little wobbly on the toilet and it makes my toddler a little nervous to climb on alone, so I have to help her get up there. Once she's up there she doesn't complain about it being too hard like she used to with her last potty chair. I may not have the screws together tight enough but I am able to fold the top of the chair down so I can fit it between the tub and my toilet for easier storage.

The greatest potty chair you can buy a toddler.
I love this potty seat for my toddler and wish I would’ve had it with all my older kids. It was easy to assemble and it’s made out of very heavy weight plastic material but it’s very durable and very comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone because it’s so easy for them to climb up there. It holds them up there safely. It’s comfortable for him when they’re learning how to go potty I would never buy the little pots after using one of these and then they get to use the big potty and feel like a big kiddo which kids always love. Yes I recommend this five stars great product and definitely worth the k

Will help you be successful in potty training!
Let me start off by praising this company’s customer service. Upon putting the training seat together, two pieces of the plastic were not joining correctly and then got stuck. Reaching out to customer service, they were very responsive and assisted us promptly. Very professional, and top notched all around. We were able to reorder a new one quickly and it’s definitely worthwhile in your toddlers potty training journey. For the training chair itself, we used it on a round toilet seat / bowl. It fits perfect and doesn’t slide around. You can easily fold it and place it to the side when an adult needs to use the toilet, and take seconds to put it back afterward. There is a splash guard that is raised in the front so little girls won’t pee out of their seats. Two handles on each side lets your little one grab on while they’re going, so they don’t become scared about falling in. And the cushion is also velcroed on, so if you need to clean, it is very easy to remove and sanitize. There are rubber stoppers on the bottom of the seat as well as the steps, so it doesn’t slip or slide at all. The little step is adjustable in height and lets your little one climb up by themselves. Of course, there’s a cute little bear that is the back of the seat - but it’s not overly cartoonish and making this gender neutral. A lot of other training seats have reviews from parents saying that urine is trapped or there’s an odor that doesn’t go away no matter how much they clean. It definitely won’t happen to this chair - it’s super easy to wipe down, and there’s nothing to trap the pee/poo. It’s been an easy transition for us to get her to use the potty, and she even feels comfortable going by herself without telling us sometimes. That’s the goal we all strive for when potty training, isn’t it?? We also have one of those mini toilets that has a bucket, but it’s honestly such a pain to be cleaning pee and poop out of the little bucket. So if you’re ready to start the journey, definitely pick up one of these. It’ll help make your lives easier for sure!

Eh, neh 🤦
Update: my review still stands. But the company is exceptional and took care of everything without being asked to. I was instructed there are labels on the handlebars for the left and right side but mine have no identifying marks. It doesn't matter anyhow bc I tried both handlebars on both sides multiple multiple multiple times and it made no difference, neither handlebar fit either side. 3 stars bc they're so awesome, not bc the product is ok. Lordy. The concept is genius. And I'll be looking for another like this but definitely from a different brand! The handles do NOT fit. May not sound like a big deal, but it is. In trying to fit them, the plastic seat cracked. They still don't fit and my kid busted up her lip when she tried to climb up using the handlebars and they slipped out of place. There are no instructions. Assembly isn't difficult, but it is a pain when there's literally not a single direction to follow. There are rubber grippy stoppers on the bottom of the seat to help it stay in place when on the toilet. They're falling out. I found one in my 1 yr olds mouth before I even knew what it was or realized it was missing! Oh, and it's advertised that there are 8 child safe screws. I only got 7. And I've only found holes for 6, so I'm not sure where the other two (1 in my case) are supposed to fit? Maybe they're extras? That would make sense, since due to not having directions I had to unscrew a few different areas to start over and after one time using the screw driver to loosen it they are stripped. Now that it's assembled and I know how to do it, if I had to do it again it would be a breeze but I was for sure agitated going about it the first time. Oh and one more thing. It crossed my mind this may have been a returned/resold item. There are black streaks on the foot pedal, like what you'd see from black soled sneakers. The parts weren't pristine. And then there was a missing screw. Who knows. Anyhow, don't go with this brand if you can avoid it, but as I said earlier the concept is genius. Those ill fitted handlebars are a safety hazard.
