A quick scrub and rinse and it seems lots cleaner. Any let over taste from drinks powders is gone, so is the black icky stuff from the bite valve (or at least lessoned) and it doesn't leave a nasty after taste. These seem to do the trick when cleaning my bladder pack including the tube and the bite valve.
