I've been using this for a couple of months now. I'm not sure if it's this product, the biotin I'm taking, or the change in my thyroid medication but I'm noticing small hairs growing in. They were not growing in for several months and I was losing hair like mad!!! I'm still losing hair but not as much as I was. I don't particularly like the way my hair feels when I rinse the shampoo out (feels like burlap) but it's not bad after I put conditioner in.
