What is the difference between this power pro 3 in the power probe 4 cuz the four doesn't come with the meter

The 3 is the best power probe ever built.

Is this tool able to use on household items ? Like hot water heaters, breakers etc?

There are two tools included with this kit. One is the power probe itself and the other is a multi meter. The power probe is strictly DC 12volt. It is used to test and power automotive electrical systems. The other tool is the multi meter and can be used to test both AC and DC electrical systems. AC electrical systems would be typical household electrical and appliances. Hope that helps.

Will this meter activate trailer brakes?
