How well does the makeup stand up to sweat?

Pretty well. You can even swim in the stuff. But, when you go to wipe the sweat, you will wipe the make-up off.

Is this sysrem usable on dskin in legs and arms and feet ? Many unsightly marks from autoimmune disease ..?Anyone try?

I don't see why not. I love this airbrush system and it has a wide range of color tones. Hope this helps.

How to you know what skin color to get?

Pale skin... fair to light. Olive skin depends... how dark. Medium tones...depends how yellow the skin is. Basic trial and error.

I noticed the bottles said to shake gently. A video review I saw said too shake it up to ten minutes...? I can't find any info.
