Can it be used on hair?

Been using on my hair for years with no bad effects, only the positive result of static-free hair in an instant. As others have stated, spray it on your brush first, then brush your dried hair.

Is the residue of the spray dry or wet?

Hi natasha. sorry for the delay. I've been away. The residue ends up being dry although when you first spray it is wet like a fine mist. it is a marvellous product and i buy them all the way from USA because you cannot get anything like this in the UK

Does this product do anything to help (or hinder) cleanliness of fabrics?

I would say no, it smells a lot like hair spray until its totally dry but I spray it on my clothes before wash (I have dogs and luve on a farm so our clothes arr filthy sometimes) and strsight out the dryer. It helps immensely.

How long does it last

I live in a very dry climate, so I use it every time I wear slacks with hose or socks to keep the slacks from sticking to them. I use it on garments or on a hairbrush to eliminate flyaway hair, so I've never really tested its longevity. Hope this helps.
