This is The secret to the best restaurant style cocktail sauce. You wouldn't think so because it says "garlic chili paste" but it does not make your cocktail sauce taste like Chinese anything nor does it taste like garlic. I use the standard ketchup horseradish a small glop of this and a squirt of either lime or lemon(fresh) and done. I've done this for years and not a single person says they taste garlic but I do get the "I can never get my sauce to taste like this.
