Can these be returned if not comfortable?

Not sure once they have been used , we found ours too soft and not good value , but used as a base pillow rather than returning .

Can't find info about how bounce back? I want pillow that when you press, its soft and fluffy inside that bounce back immediately and wont hurt my ear
