The picture shows .1ml graduated lines. Will these come exactly like the picutre?

The product I have "Bomex" 10 ml is labeled 2,4,6,8,10, the graduations are actually 0.2ml

Does anyone know if this can be used for thick liquids. I can't seem to find a pipette for thicker liquids?
