Does the job!
I had this, then got rid of it because I thought that this was not doing the job. I was not checking my levels, but I did after I got rid of it! It kept the levels down (even when eating the wrong things - a little) and it does it in a smooth, more gradual way that helps to keep the levels down. Ceylon cinnamon drops it abruptly, but does not really keep i down in a steady way. Bitter Melon is supposed to work with the pancreas to help produce or enhance insulin levels. So this is actually a better solution - or get them both! I made a mistake before, but I highly recommend this. There was another brand that I used that was GREAT (15:1 organic), but the feds got on top of them to shut them down while they were making nothing but the best, pure and organic stuff.

I find it's a real appetite suppressant, and I REALLY appreciate that at night!
I can't sleep if I'm hungry, and late night snacks or meals are not great for the waistline or the digestion. I take one of these with breakfast, and one at lunch, and find that I'm less hungry overall, which is great. I get low blood sugar, and if I'm too hungry, I eat too much, even though I'm careful about what I put in my body. I'm very pleased with the performance of this product after only a few weeks.

I used to have the same product from another manufacturer, it make a great figures for my Suger level. For the first time I tried this product from this manufacturer although it is higher concentration, but it take my numbers worth than I used to have, lot: p2203028
