I tried everything to get it working but no luck. Their support team had reached out to me and I had a replacement sent out quicky. Working great now. I like the small size and it looks cool. It has a tiny on/off button that I usually have to explain to the speaker how to use but other than that these are great. The sound quality is quite good and I have had no issues with noise or interference as long as it is in the same room as the receiver.
