The only all natural supplement that helped me with menopause symptoms. I can sleep without hot flashes because of this product. I've been taking it for three years and it has made a huge difference. It's easy to use as well! Stay away from other foods that create hot flashes - like red wine, chocolate, and alcohol as well.
