There is two headbands and 4 reflex balls of different weights and different elastic band strengths. Each offers a different speed of how quickly the ball rebounds. Two headbands allows you to have your two favourite balls so you can change quickly. All bands have clips so can be unclipped and clipped reasonably fast too.
