Review: Awesome Sinks! - Excellent sink! Durable and solid stainless steel 16 gauge deep sink that resists dings and dents! I bought a total of 4 (2 kitchen sinks and 2 laundry) for 2 homes and each sink is superior! The depth of all is awesome and with a quick paper towel wipe after a days use, it keeps the sink pretty much droplet free. When cleaning I only use a stainless steel cleaner with a soft sponge (no harsh bristles/pads) and clean in the direction of grain. My sinks all look brand new. The first kitchen sink, bought 2 yrs ago and used almost every day, looks as new as the three new ones bought more recently. They are all pitched slightly to the drainage hole, so water drains towards the hole. They are not priced cheap but worth every dollar. The many extra well-made amenities are a great perk and very useful too! I am super happy all the sinks came with the grate where there is a hole in the grate that coincides with the left, right or center hole in the sink for easy draining of food particles, and the grate sits slightly up on raised rubbery footings, on inside the bottom of the sink. It’s also very sturdy! Superb undermount sinks!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: The Ruvati website for this product states that there are more accessory products than listed here. Which is correct?**
A: The sink comes with all the accessories shown in the pictures and mentioned in the description and bullets. This includes: Wood cutting Board, Foldable Drying Rack, Mixing Bowl and Colander Set with Wood Platform, 3-bowl Condiment Tray, Bottom Rinse Grid. The two larger size models (45-inch and 57-inch) also come with an additional rectangular stainless steel colander.

**Q: The description conflicts with the pic on the 45”. Does it have 2 tiers built in like the pic or only one like the description?**
A: Yes. This sink was re-designed in 2019 and now has 2 full tiers. The 1st tier is 1/4" below the top rim, the 2nd tier is about 2" below the top tier. You can see it better in some of the close-up images. All units of this sink available in the market after December 2019 include the two tiers.

**Q: I saw a post stating the 2 tiers no longer exist and now it actually only has one lip/tier?**
A: This sink is still a double ledge sink. The rim of the sink, when installed, leaves a 3/4" reveal on the front and back. This forms the upper tier. The second tier is the ledge below it. The cutting board(s) fit on either the upper or lower tier. The colanders fit on the lower tier. The rollup rack fits on the upper tier.

**Q: Is the cutting board flush with the countertop when used on the top tier? Any regrets/negatives for those who've used this sink for years?**
A: The cutting board is flush with the top of the sink. So, because it’s undermount it would be offset by the thickness of your counter. You could always get a thicker cutting board to make it flush. No regrets with the sink, but do wish it was sloped a little more so food particles, etc. would drain a little better. Overall love the sink and would buy it again.

I do love all the accessories the draining rack is what I use most. I am disappointed that the sink scratches very easily. You can’t clean it with even the softest SS cleaner. That said without a cleaner it’s always stained/spotted. I also wish it was a bit thicker/better quality SS. The accessories are very high quality and fit perfectly.
