Worst Product. Never buy. Stopped working after 2 months of purchase. Kent service is also very poor and they never attend the service request which is raised and they close it. I would have given Zero star if there was an option. Better to go with well established brands like phillips, LG.

I bought this last year in February 2022 for starting my home bakery - Bakereyah. Works amazing. I still use it to this day!! But one major drawback is the flour particles get stuck in the top vent of the blender which is very difficult to clean. Also, when I tried making dough with the dough hook, everything starts coming up the hook and gets tuck in the space provided to place the hooks. This is also very difficult to clean. So I only use this for baking purposes now and it works fine. Dough hook is not recommended to use.
