I don't think Bob Ross would have used, or endorsed anything that did.I wouldn't even think twice about it. **Q: what is this used for ?** A: Bob Ross liquid clear are excellent for making the canvas slick and easy to put dry oils on. Helps paint not mush together. **Q: Will this work with nuclear glow in the dark powder to create a glow in the dark paint. the recommend not using water based paints with this.** A: Yes. Gel gloss is mostly linseed oil. It will take several days for the paint to cure, like an oil painting. Oil paints are linseed oil and pigment.
