I ran out of my grandsons supply of Peptamen and had to order some until his order was filled. He usually gets unflavored but out of desperation and being unable to wait a week, I ordered this. It worked. The price is extremely expensive ( but unfortunately these types of food are), the makers should really try to bring the price down especially since this is only food source for a lot of children. Otherwise it was good and worked well on my grandsons stomach.

I was slightly disappointed when the case arrived with 23 not 24 when advertised as 24. Granted i paid less than 127$ so that may be why but at least be honest and say less than a case because i am planning my purchases by numbers and what i can afford and every can counts for me.
