A: Yes, provided that your battery cells are in good condition and are able to take/hold a charge, this charger will charge it to 100%

A: We don't offer the EU plug, but it can be used with an EU plug (100-240V).

A: Instructions say it will take 125% of the battery AH capacity for the battery to charge, so I assume you multiply your amp hours by 125% to get a rough estimate
