can I seal more than one bag at a time in this chamber?

Bar is about a foot wide, most bags are over 6 inches. It might be possible. I think the 320 is designed for multiple bags as it has multiple seal bars.

What is the actual weight of this sealer? Description says 3.3 pounds which cannot be accurate.

Can this hold a 4lb whole chicken?

Yes, it would but u will need a big bag with at least 4inc of space between the product and the sealed bar.
