Okay, I've read some reviews on this window regulator and the rail, and the only real issue I came across was the two lower bolts on the rail stopping the window from completely going down. A couple of other reviewers mentioned it, so what I did was take my dremel tool with a cut off wheel and cut the length down so they wouldn't protrude beyond the nut. Once that was done, the window went all the way down. The only other thing, though very minor, was the motor didn't quite line up with one mounting hole, so I just enlarged it slightly so the bolt would go in. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the ease of installation, the quality is really great, it fit in just like the OEM parts, and it was really a great buy with next day delivery, which I needed because of the rain we've been getting. I have a 2013 E250 cargo van and the one I just took out was 13 years old, so this one should go for at least that long. It works like a champ, and it's nice to have my window working smoothly again. Next will be the passenger side window regulator. Note: the Dremel with a cut off wheel helped getting the OEM rivets out of the way to remove the old parts as well. I started with a drill bit and finished the rivets with the cut off tool and a screw driver. I highly recommend this window rail and regulator.

Perfect replacement.
This unit came with full hardware for installation as my door’s unit was riveted. It is a quality piece that is now firmly mounted and works like the factory unit. It is a direct replacement and I had. No issues with the installation. Recommend this as a replacement product.

Rolls all the way down and works like the original factory part with one slight modification needed.
Wanted to clear up some review confusion. I've been using Dorman products for over 30 years with great success and I'm very pleased with this drivers door replacement window regulator. Dorman does supply all needed bolts and nuts (No Rivets which you do not need anyways) except for the 2 correct length bottom track bar bolts. If you use the supplied bolts to secure the bottom track bar, the window will not roll all the way down. However, if you have the ability to cut 3/8" off of the supplied bolts, the window will then roll all the way down. Or instead, make it easy and buy 2 M6-1.00 bolts and use in place for the supplied 2 bottom track bolts and you'll never know this is not a factory ford part - it rolls all the way down, fits and operates perfectly! Oh ya I almost forgot to say, the rest of the supplied bolts and nuts work perfectly in all the other locations and are way better then those silly rivets!

perfect fit for 2012 ford e-350 though it stops 1" from being fully down
it fits perfectly in my 2012 ford e-350. easy to install. hardest part is getting the OEM out with those rivets. great value. great quality. matched what i was looking for. perfect match. reason i didn't give it 5 star review is that it doesn't go all the way down. i don't think they are all like this but mine stops 1" from fully down. it doesn't bother me since it works going all the way up and holds. though if it was a shop installing it for a customer that could be a no go. but i like it and it fixed my problem. thanks for reading my review if you made it this far

If installing on 2010 E350 need to space bolts on bottom so window mechanism goes all the way down.
I installed this on the Passenger Side 2010 Ford E350 and what I found out it the bottom bolts are too long and will cause the window mechanism not to go all the way down. I learned if you add washers to space it 1/4 inch it worked like it should. Great product just a learning curve....

Easy install, but requires shorter bolts at bottom.
I liked the ease of installation with pre-threaded mounts and supplied hardware, but very disappointed when it did not allow the glass all the way down. Luckily I spotted another reviewer's comment that its bottom bolts are too long. I'm very disappointed not to get a response from my email to Dorman's Customer Service "contact us."

Could be better.
If you read the descrition it says mounting hardware is not included so i waited a couple of days for some rivets to install the unit. Upon opening the box pnce i got thr rivets i found nuts and bolts to mount ir. Okay, but once i began installing one of the weld nuts would not accept the bolt but would strip it instead. I ground off the nut, drilled the hole larger and used a rivet instead.2 of the openings had to have rivets also. Workable but frustrating.

use 3/16 inch punch to get center of rivet out then drill with 1/4 inch drill
Ford E350 use 3/16 inch punch to get center of rivet out then drill with 1/4 inch drill bottom screws on track are too long Trim back using grinder to take off pilot bolt extension plus 2 threads making the bolts 1/2 inch long. Just did that and the window now goes all the way down.
