Not plastic! *by A***R on September 19, 2025* Love these papers for using a hamburger press! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure it's the right size for your burger press. *by A***L on December 16, 2020* I ordered these over the weekend, and they arrived today (Tuesday). I use my burger press for both burgers and for sausage patties. Sausage patties are more difficult to deal with ... they are much more sticky than hamburger. When I purchased these, I had forgotten that I had used larger parchment paper in the past (I researched it today and I had previously used Worthy Liners 5.5" round parchment papers [purchased on Amazon], which, although they hang outside of the press a little bit, otherwise worked very well). When I got these today, They were 4.5" ... but I got right to work making some sausage patties. They worked well, for the most part, but they are slightly smaller than the diameter of the press, and while it fit very well inside the press, it made it just a little bit of a mess on the outer edges of the press, and it was more work to clean up (Remember ... sticky sausage).
