Very helpful with digestion
I have trouble with some probiotics. This doesn't bother me at all. It's a great blend of probiotics and enzymes. I've had to radically change my diet due to digestive issues. This supplement has been an important part of healing.

I thought I was stuck this way forever
Unbelievably helpful for my crazy guts. I’ve been suffering badly for a year with no identified cause (although I think I have SIBO/dysbiosis). I’d made some headway with some symptoms but the relentless exploding gas was insane. I couldn’t eat anything past 3pm without things kicking off inside. Initially it seemed made worse by bread, then any carbs, and then any food at all - even just a salad. These started working straightaway. I still keep waiting for the explosions to happen but they don’t. After a couple of days I even experimented with hummus and pickled onion (severe no-go foods) with only the payback a normal person might expect to deal with. I won’t be without them now.
