Per gli amanti del "fatto in casa"

Mi piaceva l' idea di avere una farina che non avesse viaggiato su navi container(con i noti problemi di salute derivanti da ciò) e che rispecchiasse il più possibile determinati standard assimilabili alla tradizione ed alla qualità del prodotto. Il miglior feedback sarà quando la utilizzerò per preparare pane fatto in casa.
