Good for teaching very basic steps to new owners/beginners/newbies. I found some instructions that did not seem to apply to IOS 7 and other instructions that did not point to the solutions outlined.

Very useful information for novice iPad users. We've used it for many unanswered questions. Would recommend it for any beginner iPad owner.

Good but not perfect
Certainly this book helped me set up my I pad. Unfortunately (and expected) by the time a book gets out a lot of things have changed somewhat, particularly the screen illustrations. If you are used to playing around with a computer this book will certainly point you in the right direction. Recommended for senior's (and others) who are prepared to spend some time trying to set up their own I pad

Great reading
This book is first class! Brilliant for seniors, as stated, being a 75 yr old pensioner I found it very easy to digest and use. The book is with me all the time.

wrong format
Excellent book but WHY OH WHY was it printed in landscape rather than portrait format. Much more difficult to manoeuvre when searching for info.
