I own several MX Master 3 mice, and these pads made mouse movement almost frictionless. I did a subjective test by flicking the mouse across my mouse pad and observing the distance traveled, and comparing it against a brand-new MX Master 3 mouse. I consistently get about 25% further distance by using these pads. Conclusion: you're going to get about 25% less friction by installing these pads.
