Today before my dive, I connected it to the tank and my power inflator was free flowing. I could hear the whistle of it filling my BCD bladder, luckily I caught this before my dive. When I rotate the inflated button it opens and shuts the valve. If this free flow happens while diving it can be life threatening as it would quickly fill your BCD with air and shoot you to the surface.

Life threatening defective product
