### ⭐ Great product, non existent service

The product itself is great, I’ve had a couple pairs of sunglasses from Numa; however, I recently had my first issue with their product. In late January 2022, I ordered my last pair from them and it came from the factory with one of the ear pieces broken. I have been trying to contact Numa on both their email, and phone number. I haven’t received a reply back in email, or been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Today is August 30, 2022 and still no customer service to be found. I would recommend going with a different company at this point.
