Universal OWB Holster for Most Compact/Full Size Pistols

I’ve been using the Mega-Fit Holster for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its versatility. The adjustable design makes it incredibly easy to fit multiple sidearms, which is perfect for anyone who switches between different pistols from day to day. The trigger guard locking system feels solid and adds an extra layer of confidence when carrying. What I love most is how quick the adjustments are — you can fine-tune the fit for different models in just a few minutes without tools. The holster holds the firearm snugly and releases smoothly when you need it. The only minor drawback is that the added flexibility makes it slightly bulkier than holsters made for a single model. That said, the trade-off is well worth it for the level of compatibility and reliability you get. Overall, a great all-around holster for anyone who values versatility, security, and quality construction.

I traded my Blackhawk Serpa holster along with my M&P shield last year, and have since struggled to find good holsters that check all the boxes for my Ruger Security 9 Compact. Until now. This holster feels sturdy and well made. The retention adjustment is super easy and quick, and can easily be adjusted to fit a variety of guns, including my wife’s M&P Shield 9 EZ. THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINTS I HAVE ARE: 1. The paddle is not very comfortable, but it stays in place well with the silicone back pad, and you shouldn’t really expect comfort from a paddle holster like this unless you’re shopping Fobus holsters. 2. The can’t adjustment screw is placed in a very awkward place, just below the top surface of the holster itself, making it quite finicky to loosen the adjustment screw with the included Allen wrench. 3. It is BULKY. Due to the fact that this holster is designed to hold multiple guns of varying sizes, there is a lot of extra bulk in the body of the holster. 4. Retention is good, but the gun rocks back and forth even with the screws cinched down as tight as reasonably possible to still be able to withdraw the gun. Again, this is a side effect of it being a “universal” holster, but still annoying. Gun does stay firmly retained tho despite this. Other than that, I’ve been rocking this holster for about 3 months and I have no other real complaints.

I was looking for a versatile holster with solid retention, and the CYTAC Mega-Fit Holster delivered on almost every front. This is a genuinely good holster that offers a lot for the price. The build quality is fantastic—the tough, durable material gives me confidence that it will last, and the black finish looks sharp. The Level II retention, featuring the trigger guard locking system, is great; it keeps my full-size pistol secure while I'm moving. In terms of wearability, it's very comfortable and not too bulky, making it easily concealed for everyday carry. My only small concern is that the fit is a bit tight. While this makes for excellent retention, if I needed to perform a lightning-fast draw, I worry that the friction or the locking mechanism might cause a slight hesitation. However, for everyday security and comfort, I absolutely love this holster and its features. It's a solid choice for most popular compact and full-size pistols.

Seemed well built and adjustable for different widths. Solid retention, which is the problem for the P365 X Macro. The trigger guard is slightly longer (along the frame's axis) and you can't adjust the depth of the trigger retention. You can get the pistol somewhat seated, but it rides too high and loose. I would 100% recommend this pistol for other frames but just not this one.

This is perfect. Once I adjusted the screws my 9mm yeet cannon slid right in and locked into place perfectly!!! I tried to snatch it out or yank it free and it did not budge one ounce. Once I placed it on my hip it didn't move and was super easy to hit the release and draw down. This was worth every penny. All the other holsters I didn't like but I love this one. The size and safety is all top notch. I slammed it down and dropped it to test the durability and to see if it would release my weapon but it didn't. I absolutely love it.

It is hard to find holsters for this Taurus so I wasn't expecting much. Right out of the box it fit like a glove!! Retention is amazing, I did tighten everything down one turn, but it did not really need it. There is absolutely no noise from it when walking, and it is very comfortable walking, standing, and sitting. I read some reviews in here about the ambidextrous mag releases being hit and releasing the mags, not even close on the PT840, I would venture to say on any full frame pistol it would t happen. I did play with it and use the adjustments just to see how it worked. The adjustment screws are extremely easy to use. If you can screw a screw in and know the difference between snug and loose, you will be fine. I cannot emphasize enough how good of a OWB holster this is. The only thing I will be doing is lining the inside with some stealth strip tape to make it quieter when holstering and drawing. If I could give it more stars I would.

Works great and it's very reasonably priced. I was having trouble locating something that was specifically made for my gun but then I came across this with his reviews so I gave it a "shot" lol. I adjusted it accordingly and it fits my model great. It feels very secure on my waist as well. All around a great product.

I recently bought a Girsan MC 9mm - holsters seemed to be going for $100 on average and the reviews were good on this. Upon receiving the holster is well built, with a comfortable belt clip! Making adjustments was easy, as I let off all the adjustment screws then tightened them down until I felt the Pins tighten, then backed off 3-4 turns and it seemed to be a nice snug fit! Would definitely recommend

Honestly it’s a decent holster and it is a universal fit. It has comfortable padding as well. Good purchase in my opinion

This is a good hard holster. It took a little adjustment to each screw seperately to adjust to my gun, not all screws should be adjusted the same amount, it depends on the shape/size of the gun. Once set, it fitted perfectly. It is easy to insert or release the gun but won’t let it fall out.

Easy to adapt and works well. Happy with it.
