Nintendo Switch Cartridge Review: Super Cozy - Missed out when this was released on DS back in the day. So relieved it was relaunched on Switch. A fantastic pick up and play game. Super cozy and fun repetative loop. Definetly the best in the series and holds up extremely well compared to the recent Guardians of Azuma release. What a blast. Review: Probably one of my favourite games ever - RF4 is one of my favourite ever games. With the rerelease on Switch I'm so happy to see the series being revived again. If you're a fan of Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon you will love this game. It's very very similar to Stardew Valley with a lot of the core mechanics, but it has a lot more depth with the combat mechanics and dungeons, and slightly less of an emphasis on farming (though you can fully throw yourself into farming if you wish!). The port to Switch could have been done a bit better. While it runs very smoothly and seems very gentle on the Switch's battery, some of the graphics could have used touching up as there are a couple of jagged edges in the backgrounds of environments in some places - you can tell that this game has been upscaled from the 3DS graphics and hasn't really been revamped. There are a couple of UI choices in the port that are a bit questionable too in relation to text size but nothing that impedes gameplay.
