I bought this for my dad and he loves it. We get a good deal of flies in the house and he’s always going to grab it and take care of them. It’s really satisfying and makes getting rid of pests a little less monotonous and a little more fun. Works with regular table salt great!

The best product. It’s fun, it doesn’t squish the fly. and because it’s salt, you can kill the flies around food, and not ruin your food. I’m buying a couple for gifts.

Just as advertised, does what it's supposed to do. A bit expensive for a plastic salt gun but it works like a charm.

Works like a charm. Makes van life much more bearable. Takes a little practice to judge distance, but once you get it down, its pretty awesome being able to snipe bugs without getting out of bed. Yes, you get small bits of salt around, but its a pretty minor inconvenience compared to dealing with swarms of flies. It won't kill wasps unless you're point blank, but it'll stun them so you can walk-em-down. It will however absolutely destroy house flies. It's fun, too, and humane (i guess?) considering they die instantly. Great purchase.

If you've been like, "dude, that looks cool! Maybe I'll get one someday." This is your "someday". I held off for a long time because I couldn't justify $40 - $50 for a frivolity. Dude... this thing is AWESOME!! Not only is it BETTER than a fly swatter, it is SO - MUCH - FUN! Pros (over fly swatter): -no bug guts on your wall/window/surfaces -a window or door screen can only take so many blows from a fly swatter before getting saggy and eventually failing -this can get a fly in tight spaces (corners, crevices) where a swatter cannot -believe it or not, it's way more accurate than a swatter. We've all "missed" with a swatter before. Once you get the hang of this thing, you don't miss. Line up the sights and pull the trigger - you will hit it. -it's faster than a swatter. Sometimes a bug will out-maneuver a swatter if you're sloppy. The bug-a-salt is instantaneous. Once you pull the trigger, there's no getting out of the way. This isn't The Matrix. -swatters get pretty gross after a few kills. You know exactly what I'm talking about. -the bug-a-salt is like playing a video game! It is so much fun! No, really, you don't understand... it is SO-MUCH-FUN!! Cons: -the ONLY con isn't nearly as much of a con as I thought it would be. It shoots a pinch a salt with every blast. Yes, technically that means salt on your floor, counter, etc.. but the salt really kind of disappears. I mean, I thought it would "get salt everywhere". But the reality is that it's so little salt, you don't even notice it. I've shot this thing over 100 times inside, and I've yet to find all this salt that I thought would be everywhere. If you sweep/vacuum/wipe as much as any normal homeowner, the salt gets cleaned up without you really noticing. -if you shoot a surface point blank, and your face is in the ricochet path, that means salt in your eyes which is moderately uncomfortable. Just be mindful of this and you'll be fine. -when you run out of flies to shoot, you'll be very disappointed that you don't have flies in your house. Summary: Just buy it and get it over with. Srsly, bro. You'll never buy a fly swatter again.

Tenía dudas de que funcionará, pero si funciona. Obvio no esperes disparar a 100 metros, y matar una mosca, pero a una distancia suficientemente cercana y en la cual no espantas al insecto, es suficiente para eliminarlas. Para mi sirve mejor que un matamoscas porque no las despanzurras y embarras, ademas que sin importar de en donde esté parada la mosca puedes disparar. Recargas con cualquier sal, no necesitas baterias, y una carga sirve para muchos disparos.

Nada me irrita mais do que estar tranquilo na mesa e ser perturbado por moscas. E aqui em casa elas aparecem sempre, especialmente quando tem alguma fritura ou carne de porco no fogão. Precisar ficar espantando aquelas pragas enquanto você está no seu momento de relaxamento é muito estressante. E se resolver matar elas, boa sorte com o baygon ou com os golpes de pano. Agora, com essa arma de sal aqui as coisas são diferentes. Você carrega a munição - sal de cozinha normal - e espalha a morte. Basta colocar no rumo do cano e apertar o gatilho. Moscas pequenas voam longe e caem mortas, as maiores ainda dão uma contorcida, mas morrem logo depois. Chega de fedor de baygon e panadas pra todo lado. Você carrega, mira e atira. Pronto. Uma mosca a menos. Repita até matar todas. É uma atividade muito relaxante, na verdade. Tenho a arma a uns 3 meses, e já matei dúzias e dúzias de moscas. Nenhum problema com o funcionamento dela até o momento. O único contra mesmo é o preço extremamente salgado. Eu paguei 500 reais quando comprei, mas já está batendo os 700 agora. Caso se interesse, existem outros modelos à venda da mesma marca. Eu gostei dessa versão e o preço estava bom na época. Enfim, é bem caro, mas vai te dar paz sim.

La mia guerra contro le zanzare sta procedendo egregiamente, la racchetta elettrica e le zanzariere hanno prodotto ottimi risultati. Unica pecca le zanzare sul soffitto, ad oggi eliminabili solo tramite aspirapolvere (il che significa cavo, rumore, etc). Ma sto coso è fenomenale. Innanzitutto è fatto bene, certo, è in plastica, ma è bello solido. La molla per caricare il colpo è discretamente dura (niente di che per un adulto) questo semplicemente a causa del fatto che: se non si vuole usare CO2 o batterie, serve un po' di forza. Il produttore dichiara un range di 3 feet (0.9 metri per noi che non abbiamo aquile armate di AR15)... ed effettivamente è vero. Serve un minimo di pratica, ma per ora ha ucciso col primo colpo quasi tutte le zanzare, alcune subito, altre sono volate a terra dove hanno ricevuto la scossa o il colpo finale. Ogni tanto sembrano volare via, in realtà di solito no, è la forza del colpo a spazzarle via senza pietà. Stupendo, adesso avere le zanzare in casa, incredibilmente, è divertente. Stavo pensando di togliere la zanzariera. (ps: ho messo un misurino di sale a dopo 1 giornata di caccia alle zanzare con circa una 30 di uccisioni ne ha ancora un bel po', secondo loro una ricarica, che sarà meno di due misurini che ho in casa, unità di misura precisa, durano 80 colpi, il che sembra essere vero). (pps: non è un gioccattolo, non datelo ai bambini, si faranno male il che è garantito. Ho visto su youtube uno che dice di aver provato a spararsi sul piede e... fa male, evitate, usatelo voi e godetevelo)
