Does it have the gold “L” on the back of each key?

This is only a plastic case to hold your key. The origional Lexus plastic case breaks and this is a good replacement for the broken origional case. There is no key

Are there instructions?

I purchased the Replacement Keyless Entry Remote for Lexus Keys Housing about a year ago to replace my existing remote for a 2003 LS 430. Instructions were included with the kit. They are not overly detailed and the install itself is a bit tricky, but I managed it and I would think you could also. The replacement remote has worked perfectly once the key was installed.

Does this fit for Lexus 2008 rx400h? And is it easy to remove the stuff from inside?

Not sure if this fits for the Lexus 2008 RX400H, we used it for the RX350. It was very easy to remove the insides and transfer to replacement key.
