I have never encountered a better-run company or a more efficient product than this sprayer. Since purchasing it in 2022, I have used it extensively for various gardening and landscaping tasks. It has consistently performed beautifully, providing excellent coverage and a steady flow of liquid, which has greatly facilitated my outdoor projects during the spring and summer months. The only issue I faced was in 2026 when the battery unexpectedly stopped accepting a charge. Given the frequency of use, I had anticipated some wear and tear, but I was impressed that it lasted for several years without any significant problems. When I reached out to customer service to report the battery issue, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ruth. From the moment I started the call, she was incredibly friendly and professional. She listened attentively to my concerns and reassured me that a replacement battery would be shipped out immediately, which I greatly appreciated. Finding a company that stands behind its products for such a long time is rare, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. This so so much better than I imagined it could be and I have very high expectations! The quality of craftsmanship and performance of this sprayer is magnificent. I knew nothing about sprayers until I did my research. Consistently, the Petra kept showing up as best for my home gardening needs. After opening the box, I understood why. This sprayer was thoughtfully designed and well made. The variety of nozzle types and variable spraying strengths extends the usefulness of this tool far beyond my cut flower garden. Used today! So many nice surprises built in. This baby has a measuring cup under one of the fill caps. One unit of measurement is ML and the other is OZ. Perfect pour every time. Spray heads are the best I have found to date. My last sprayer only had one spray head. I believe this has 6. After I charged battery and used for 1.5 hours it still had enough charge to keep going. Easy to fill. Well built. Nice wand holder built into the side. A little pricey but well worth it!

OK i purchased one of these in May of 2025 and it has worked perfectly other than the pump cycles intermittently even when im not pulling the spray trigger. So I ordered another this year. This new one originally worked great right out of the box on the first day. I primed it and then put it away. However, the next day when I wanted to actually spray some weeds with it, the battery was dead (after charging it for 8 hrs straight initially), and the pump was no longer working properly. When i turned the switch on it just made a weird buzzing noise instead of the "pumping" noise it should have been making. Tried repriming with all the recommended procedures. No luck. Contacted Chloe and Christina over at Petra Tools customer service via their chat. Chloe immediately got back to me, identified the problem as a bad pump and then shipped me a new Sprayer no questions asked! I even asked her about the cycling pump problem that my older sprayer was having and she without hesitation told me they'd ship me a replacement spray for that one two! So two new sprayers coming my way! Highly recommend these sprayers. They are good quality, and work great and the customer service is fantastic with Chloe and Christina! Great product and excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Excellent sprayer...used to spray cattle in pasture and corral. Go thru with side-by-side and spray livestock for flies etc. Use in corral in same manner. Runs fairly quiet. Battery holds up well for whole tank. Bit heavy but sturdy.

I've used the sprayer for nine months now and loved it. A variety of spray nozzles with enough pressure to either spray a large dusting or shoot a long stream exactly what I need for the grass, weeds or even trees. This is definitely a quality product that beats a pump sprayer making spraying jobs much easier and quicker. I did have one problem with the battery however, I went to the Petra Tools site and told them about the problem. Spoke to Anne, she was very helpful and just some basic information about my order and will be sending me a replacement.

The build quality feels durable, the battery life is excellent, and it makes treating larger areas much easier than manual pumping. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and has handled everything from lawn treatments to general property maintenance without issue. What really earned this five star review, though, was the customer support. Recently I needed help getting my sprayer operational again, and Anne provided outstanding service. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get everything working again. In a time where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Anne went above and beyond. Great product backed by people who actually stand behind what they sell. That kind of support matters and is becoming harder to find these days. Highly recommend both PetraTools and their customer service team.

I have had this sprayer for 4 years now and this thing works absolutely wonderful. Never have issues until this year. Brought it out for spring and it wouldn’t pump. I texted the customer support and spoke to Anne and all I can say she was awesome! Immediate response, clear direction and she said she would send me a new battery within days. Well! It’s been weeks and still don’t have a battery. I followed up and they were checking on it. But it stopped there! I am now shopping for a new battery on my own. Great sprayer though. Customer service overpromises. So I needed to change the 5 star to a 4 star

Good size does the job

Really like this sprayer! I've used it multiple times to spray my weeds and I fill it right to the top. I'm 5'9", 180 and it's a little heavy but totally usable with that weight. Battery runs for a long time, charges quick, and I've had NO leaks. Nice large opening to fill it, wand works great and the multiple attachments for different types of spray work really well.

I have only used the sprayer a couple of times but I'm quite impressed by how solid it is, it's durable and will hopefully stand up to the rigours or regular use! It is a little uncomfortable though as it's quite square, so when you fill the tank it can dig in to your lower back, I'm not worried about this though as I have some rugged foam padding to stick along the bottom which should sort it! There's a good range of accessories and nozzles so I should have the kit for every different job I encounter. Still early days but I'm really impressed by the price and build, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing! 😁👍

You can stop viewing all the other options now and be assured this sprayer will work just fine. This sprayer was bought to replace a big-name brand unit and I couldn't be happier with it. I have only sprayed 6 tanks so far, but I can already tell this is going to last a long time. I watched several reviews on YouTube before making the purchase and they all were good reviews as well as a one-year-later review. The unit is fairly heavy when full along with the weight of a lead acid battery, but the straps are comfortable, and being a backpack unit it's not an issue for me as a 185 lb guy. Some people might find it too much though. The hose seems durable. I read reviews saying the wand seemed light and flimsy, but I have no complaints. It's every bit as good as the one I replaced. My only complaint, and it's minor is that I wish the charging cord was about a foot longer, but that's just a personal preference. Well done Petratools.
