After struggling for so long with STICK DRIFT controllers I thought maybe I could purchase another controller from Amazon. It said refurbished but in excellent condition so I thought hey why not and save a few bucks.. VERY wrong . I go to plug up the controller and it’s very delayed randomly you click up down or right left it responds very slow THEN while playing the controller decides to do its own thing and take your character either spinning or running in a straight line . Triggers are bugged too they do what they want to do if you tap it once. This was a terrible buy and I’m very unhappy with this product. My previous new controller I bought from another company disconnects randomly so I thought I’d win buying this one but this one is the same maybe even worse. DO NOT BUY REFERBISHED CONTROLLERS! I don’t care how good of condition it says you’ll be saving yourself a lot of money if u just buy a factory brand new controller

Great product! Never buy the off brand controllers they do not last. This is a Sony product. Worth every penny!!

This refurbished controller is just what I expected from a company that values high-quality actuators: no drift, no jitter, and highly sensitive motion control. To avoid damaging the actuators like my last one, I've switched the layout settings in all games (that permit it) to avoid clicking the motion sticks, and I strongly recommend doing that. It also reduces wear on your thumbs. There are only 2 rubs so far: 1) the circle button requires a bit more pressure to be detected, so if I'm hurrying, it may get missed; and 2) a couple of times, the controller has suddenly disconnected as though the battery died when the power was fine (not a big problem, since that automatically pauses the game). So far, everything else is like new. Good purchase, and leagues better than the off-brand one it replaced.

Controller works so far, d-pad is a bit rough (maybe replaced?) Touch pad tends to stick a bit when pressed but overall ok. Cosmetics wise, it does have a ding as if dropped on the side of the d-pad and a bit of grime throughout the seams. For it being purchase in excellent or close to new i should of just went with the 2nd option or bought a new one. But i understand that just how it is...sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you dont.
