Lots of them are sweet kernels...** A: If these are the ones with the brand name Delice, I bought these the last time I ordered and I found them to be only about half of the seeds were bitter, the other half sweet. These had a higher percentage of bitter seeds than the ones I purchased earlier that were from Turkey. They were only about one third of the seeds were bitter.
