I've called for about 2 weeks to the number on their website which seems to be a regular cellphone number that sends you to voicemail straight away. No one has picked up in over a week that i've been calling .Im trying to find out how to change the response time of the keys to 1ms as described in the box an how to make the WSAD keys light up in a different color as seen in the box but there is no instruction manual on how to set up the keys or anything .Also one of the keys precisely the letter U felt like it had no rubber dome underneath and kept making a clicking sound so i opened the keyboard up to find that the little rubber domes under each key themselves were not aligned properly I rearranged most of them back in place and sound is gone. Everything works fine now.I don't know how these keyboards made it through QA but man what a pain.Never the less im giving it 2/5 since there is no manual i can use to make this work how it's described.If your looking for a gaming keyboard there better options out there.Even the spelling on the box and on the word GAMING is wrong.But the 70$ they're asking for it on their website is not worth it. Im lucky i got mine on prime day for 20$ If your going to be throwing 42$ which is the price at the time of this review get one of the cheap mechanical keyboards out there.
