This is perfect, I tend to use this in my baking breads, works perfectly and keeps the flavor of just sugar at bay. Don't need a lot so safe to say this will last quite a while. We have a few bottles of honey around the kitchen. I'd prefer this instead of, since our regular honey tends to become crystallized after the roomy puts it in the microwave.

This product is extremely delicious! You wouldn't even know that it was powder when ya use it. Tastes just like bottled honey in any form.

We purchased this brand after the normal brand we purchased was out of stock. This is a fine powder that tends toward clumping. The fine of the powder lends to misjudging the amount one is adding, often resulting in it being over-sweetened. You can always add sweetness, but can't really take it away, so this is not strictly a problem as much as it is an added difficulty setting to making a tea or coffee for someone. For full fairness I should explain that I am comparing this to the honey granules that other brands sell as "powder". With the granules there is a specific density that doesn't require pre-sifting the powder to make sure you don't add too much. The powder and the granules dissolve quickly in any liquid, but the granules seem to be more consistent in the resulting sweetness. An added benefit of granules; they have a nice slightly crunchiness when sprinkled over ice cream, yogurt, or my wife loves them once in a while on the top of her foamy or whipped cream topped coffees or hot chocolates. The taste of this powder slightly better than our normal brand, but inconsistent due to the powdery nature. I would be a lifelong customer if they would provide this particular honey flavor, but granulated for better consistency in food/beverage prep..

So I weighed 583 lbs. I hate sugar substitutes. They leave an after taste. So the sugar thing is a big issue for me. I am a southerner and sweet tea is a must. So I needed something besides sugar. Yes honey is still sugar. But it's healthy sugar. Problem? Liquid honey overwhelms anything you sweeten it with. So someone said try powdered honey. So I ordered this product. My doctor is happy. My family is happy. I weigh 352lbs and losing. Problem I have dropped weight so fast since starting using this product along with healthy sensible diet I am walking out of my pants. Embarrassing! Thank god my shirts look like tunics. They covered the important bits. I have had to take everything in 10 to 12 inches and they are still loose. Some of my pants that had elastic waste bands I have added drawstrings too. It's a bit frustrating and overwhelming realizing I who have been plus sized my entire adult life am finally losing weight and am able to walk daily. Because this type of honey is not like regular sugar. It has longer energy burn and healthier even in powdered form. I need to lose the weight to get some surgeries done that are really needed. Left hip and knee need replacing plus I need gallbladder removed. Painful to walk but I can now. I will use a rollator for the rest of my life due to back injury. But I am losing weight in a long term healthy way. I have been borderline diabetic most of my adult life. For the last year I have been diabetic free. Cholesterol is lowest it has been in years. Who ever figured out how to dehydrate honey into a powder that the taste does not overwhelm what it sweetens? Thank you. Thank you Augusson farms.
