Makes perfect circle
Great tool. I have used this to make perfect circles in wood and plexiglass with my router. Great value.

Excellent Jig
I started my search for a 6" hole saw for corn hole boards, but after seeing the price for a single-use hole saw I started looking for other alternatives. There were already a lot of good reviews for this jig so I ordered one and waited for its arrival. Upon arrival, I immediately set about getting it set-up which was a breeze - it easily connected to my router and the centering pin configuration provided with the jig further insured proper configuration. I made a few practice cuts on some scrap wood and was very pleased with the results. While I ended up spending a little more than I would have for the 6" hole saw, I now have a tool that will provide for numerous other applications! I have found the for thicker wood, that my current bit requires that I cut from both sides which is not necessarily a problem except that unless your pilot hole is perfectly perpendicular to the wood, the two separate cuts will be slightly off - nothing that a little sanding cant fix....or a longer bit. The other point of care is the final cut - unless you secure both the cut-out (the circle) and the main piece, when you get towards the final point of separation, your reference point of rotation can become unreliable - but careful attention or preparation / configuration of the wood can avoid this. In the end neither of these points are directly attributed to the jig itself, but more towards the user and the set-up the user chooses. I am very pleased with the results of the circle cutting jig!

Works great for the money
Works great and mounts to my Boush Router plunge base great. Only complaint the pivot pin does get easily galled when using plyers to remove and install the pin, maybe include an additional pivot pin or make it from a harder material.

Super Circle Maker
A great addition to my workshop. This jig set up easily and performed flawlessly in guiding a Dewalt plunge palm router through 1/2 inch particle board using an 1/4 inch up-twist bit. Jasper's Model 240, while a little pricey, is the only one that allows you to make precise circles as large as 18 3/16 inch diameter but also a small as 1 inch. I understand that Jasper's jigs are popular with makers of audio equipment as well as woodworkers in general.

Works great with a few issues
With a few improvements this thing would be perfect. Takes a few practice cuts with your specific router to line things up. I used this with a Harbor Freight special (listed as compatible) and the 3 hole alignment cut everything 1/2 inch short. Not a huge deal, but still. There is a way to attach it with 2 screws and it is more accurate. The other thing needing improvement is having the markers on both sides. The way it is now, you have to pick your pivot point looking through the jig backwards. Again, not a deal breaker but it would just make it easier to use. Once you dial it in, it works great. Certainly better than the homemade jigs I've made that slips or takes a lot of trial and error to get right.

Accurate!
The features are amazing and it makes cutting a circle, very easy! The price is a bit on the steep side but I was ok with paying it after I had used it.

Best circle jig I have used.
Over the years I have always made circle jigs from scrap wood or plastic. These are crude and no too precise. This jig is a joy to use. I am concerned about its durability being made of plastic. Time will tell.

Smaller holes are totally inaccurate
Bigger holes, like 4” and up are perfect. I previously assumed I had screwed up on smaller holes, but I now can see it wasn’t my fault. For example, 2 15/16 came out as 2 27/32, or 3/32 off. The smaller holes are simply WAY off. And it’s really difficult to fix! And yes, I used the included calibration template.

Great product. Easy to use.
what I like: It's easy to produce accurate, repeatable results. Be aware: the template holes for screwing the template to my router were a little bit oversized. I took off the template part way through a job to complete another task. I then reattached the jig. A very small change in the screw position attaching the jig to the router resulted in the radius being slightly different (about 0.02 inches for my 17 inch circle?) Not huge, but enough to be a bit of a problem for my application involving making many identical arcs. As long as the jig was not changed, results were repeatable to a higher standard which caused no problems for me.
