Review: The smart way to clean your tush - This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you. The heated seat is excellent especially during the winter months. Installation was a breeze. The endless hot water capability is a very nice feature. The toilet seat so far seems to be holding up well and appears to be made to a high quality. The plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. All of the remote control options give you the ability to manage the temperature, water stream location, the charcoal filtering exhaust to prevent your bathroom from stinking and the air dry capability all at the tips of your fingers.
Review: How did I ever live without this I will never know - First I want to say one thing. The remote could be better, it needs a direct line of sight. I could not figure out why it was working for everyone else besides me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. Finally, I was like this is come bs and I might need to return it. Put the remote in my right hand and it started working perfectly. I am a big guy and I guess I blocked the line of sight LOL. NOW that is out of the way. I have lived 40 years and never used a Bidet in my life. This was life-changing. After work, I of course want to come home and see my kids and finance. But as soon as that was done, I wanted to go and relax on my heated throne and forget about my day. Never did I think spraying my Butt with water would be so pleasing and relaxing part of my day. I take the full 2 minutes of the spray and then take another 2 or 3 minutes with the heated fan to dry my freshly cleaned hiney. I am sad to get up and continue with my day. Maybe if I am lucky I might have a round 2 by the end of the night. Sorry if this is too much info... BUT This really is the best thing I have ever bought as an adult. I thought I was going to have a hard time justifying the price of this product. WRONG I would buy this thing 10 times over and I have recommended it to several of my friends. This has changed their lives as well. There could be small improvements but it doesn't matter I love it. The thing that surprised me is the heated seat. I myself do not like heat. I could live in Alaska and wear shorts all day long and be happy. But the heated seat surprised me. I enjoy it. I like how you can adjust all of the settings. Be careful with the strong setting. **Q: Does this work with google home?  "hey google, wash my butt"**
A: This may come across as a bit cheeky... but, I believe that you can easily integrate the BB2000 with Alexa using a Global Cache WiFi to IR https://www.amazon.com/Global-Cache-WF2IR-iTach-Wi-Fi/dp/B0051BU418 and the Homeseer home automation system. It would allow you to say, "Alexa, tell Homeseer to run the event, 'wash my butt'" and Homeseer would then send the appropriate IR commands to the BB2000. It could of course be awkward if someone from the hallway shouted the command while an unsuspecting user were in the middle of relieving themselves. But to answer the question, using a few other components available through Amazon, it is possible to fully automate the experience.

**Q: Multiple reviewers complained that the water pressure on this unit is inferior to the BB1000, especially in regards to the enema function.Is this true**
A: A 2 year old question but as a 4-5 year user of the BB1000 (a fantastic seat) and now using the BB2000 (also a fantastic seat), I will answer for future potential customers, especially since this was something I was concerned with before ordering the BB2000...The posterior pressure is lower than the BB1000 but not that big a difference at the default setting. The middle/third of five (default) setting is about equal to the 2/5 setting on the BB1000. The enema pressure is quite a lot lower as I tried it out and 4/5 seems like what 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 is. Note that 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 enema seemed plenty so this feature at 4/5 or 5/5 on the BB2000 should do the job for most.Even though the pressure on the BB2000 is lower, the posterior stream appears to be wider and feels 'nicer' since it is a single hole that is larger than the combined 3 pinholes that the BB1000 uses and I think they may use more aeration with the BB2000. Cleaning is also just as effective as it is on the BB1000 and again, the stream feels nicer.

**Q: How is the water pressure on this unit?**
A: We have a well, and shower pressure is only ok, but the pressure from this bidet is just fine. Bernoulli effect: water from the small tube has more pressure than the line to our shower.

**Q: Does the remote remember or stay at the last setting, or do you need to make new selections every time?**

The remote will remember the settings from the last wash you run.  You can change these settings at any time after you have initiated a wash cycle.

This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you.
