It will last you a long time. 33 oz is enough to treat about 220 gallons! Thats about enough for 21 water changes (if you do 10 gallons each time). 1 tablespoon for every 5 gallons = 6 tablespoons or 3/8 of a cup. I have a 29 gallon tank and I do water changes biweekly (mollys poop a lot). I recommend this as some water filtering systems and treatments remove vital electrolytes. Think of it as Gatorade or alkaline mineral water for your fish. Its also good to have for when they are a bit under the weather. **Q: How much do you put in to make a fresh water 3 gallon fish tank a brackish fish tank for my dwarf pufferfish** A: I put a tablespoon per 10 gallons, but mine aren't brackish tanks.
